Morgan Financial is a customer-focused mortgage banker built on delivering exceptional client experiences and moving fast without sacrificing quality. We are looking for a Mortgage Processor who excels in a customer-facing, phone-driven environment and takes pride in creating a smooth, stress-free experience for clients.
This role sits at the center of the loan process, working closely with borrowers, loan officers, underwriting, and closing to keep everything moving quickly and smoothly — without creating delays or rework for the team. This is not a “sit behind email all day” role — we are looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, proactive, and thrives in real-time communication.
What You’ll Do
Own a pipeline of loan files from application through closing; feel responsible for your quality of work
Proactively call borrowers to collect documents and move files forward
Follow up consistently until conditions are cleared
Troubleshoot customer issues with providing documentations through secure methods
Review and verify documentation (income, assets, credit, title, insurance, etc.)
Submit complete, organized files for final underwriting
Clear conditions quickly and efficiently
Coordinate with Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants, Underwriters, and Customers
Manage pipeline deadlines and keep all parties updated
Maintain accuracy in all systems and documentation
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of professional experience in an office environment
Strong customer service background with emphasis on phone interaction
Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
