Responsibilities: • Leverage outreach methods to job seekers, such as high volume cold calling, open houses, job fairs, job boards, and social media • Work closely with hiring managers to build and refine a recruiting process for mortgage professionals (mortgage loan officers, mortgage loan processors, underwriters, etc.) • Build a pipeline of strong relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with prospects and passive candidates that may be a match in the future • Keep pristine and detailed communication records in the applicant tracking system • Outbound calls to set phone and in-person appointments with hiring managers. Qualifications: • High school diploma required - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired • Comfortable with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools • Superb communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with phone interactions to schedule appointments with hiring managers. Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000
