The Mortgage Sales Team Lead plays a key role in developing, coaching, and driving the performance of our sales team. You will guide Loan Officers and Pre‑Qualification Specialists through daily activities, help them sharpen their sales skills, and ensure they deliver a compliant, high‑quality client experience. Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of mortgage sales professionals to meet/exceed production goals • Monitor pipeline activity, call volume, and conversion metrics to identify coaching opportunities • Conduct hands‑on training, call reviews, and performance development sessions • Run daily huddles, weekly one‑on‑ones, team meetings to maintain alignment and momentum • Partner with operations to ensure a smooth client experience from application through closing • Assist with interviewing and onboarding new sales team members • Maintain strong knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and market trends • Ensure all team members follow company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications: • 2+ years of mortgage sales experience (Loan Officer or sales leadership preferred) • Active NMLS license • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and lead sales teams • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills • Solid understanding of mortgage products (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.) • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 yearly
