Qualifications:
• 2-3 years Residential Mortgage experience
• College degree preferred

Preferred Experience
• 2 to 3 years of experience within client services and mortgage processing, including processing, closing and funding
• Working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing related activities such as: Loan Onboarding, Escrow, and Remittance processing
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines related to mortgage servicing
• College degree preferred
• Adhere to turn time commitments while working in a high-volume environment

Primary Responsibilities
Maintain and develop a culture of operational excellence.
• Wire funding
• Processing invoices
• Facilitating mortgage document execution
• Ensure internal control and external regulatory compliance policies and their impacts are adhered.
• Continuously look for opportunities for business process improvements.
• Support key on-going business goals and initiatives including onboarding of new products as dictated by the Business Unit
