CONSUMER DIRECT

Our team is our family; and, we provide industry leading support. We are currently seeking Mortgage Loan Originators who have the skills and experience to perform the following responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advise clients of product/pricing policies and guidelines.
• Build and maintain a quality network of personal and professional relationships, which serve as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities.

• Accurately gather required information from clients and effectively communicate this information to the loan processing team.
• Maintain up to date knowledge regarding mortgage policies, programs and regulatory requirements for lending.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Texas Mortgage Originator License 1+ years experience in origination with proven successful track record Experience with FHA, VA and Conventional Loan Programs Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Team player with a "Get it done" attitude
