    Mortgage Team Leader | Licensed MLO (MA or NH Required) NextGen Mortgage is seeking experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers who want to step into a Team Leader role and build a team within a high-opportunity lending platform. This is not a salary position. This role is designed for producing loan officers who want to grow beyond personal production by building a team and earning overrides on team performance. NextGen provides the infrastructure. We handle the recruiting process and supply loan officers for you to mentor, develop, and grow. You focus on leading, coaching, and driving production. Our platform is currently managing thousands of inbound mortgage leads each month through Realtor.com, Zillow, and strong Realtor partnerships. The opportunity is already here. The focus is execution and conversion. You will continue originating loans while helping your team improve follow-up, pipeline management, and overall performance. This is a hands-on leadership role built for producers who want to scale. Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire your team to achieve and exceed monthly production goals, fostering a culture of success and collaboration. • Mentor and develop team members by providing actionable feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and performance. • Oversee the loan origination process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with our recruiting team to identify and onboard talented loan officers who align with our values and mission. • Drive team performance by implementing effective follow-up strategies and optimizing pipeline management. • Cultivate strong relationships with Realtor partners and leverage these connections to generate consistent, high-quality leads. • Analyze team performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies for growth and efficiency improvement. Qualifications: • Experience in leading and inspiring a team of mortgage loan officers to achieve production goals. • Ability to mentor and develop team members in loan origination and customer service. • Proven track record of fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. • Skill in monitoring and analyzing team performance metrics to identify improvement areas. • Experience in coordinating with infrastructure to ensure efficient handling of mortgage leads. • Ability to provide hands-on guidance in pipeline management to maximize loan conversion rates. • An active NMLS Mortgage Loan Officer license is required, licensed in Massachusetts or New Hampshire. Compensation: $95,000 - $230,000 at plan earnings
