    Mortgage Transaction Coordinator & Sales Assistant

    We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Transaction Coordinator & Sales Assistant to join our commercial real estate mortgage team.

    This role is built for someone who thrives on client interaction, follow-up, identifying good opportunities, and turning them into funded loans.

    Compensation:

    $60,000 to $85,000+

    Base salary + performance-based incentives

    Location:

    Irvine, CA (in-office)

    What You’ll Do:

    Respond to inbound calls and leads quickly

    Pre-qualify properties and borrowers

    Collect documents and information

    Manage waves of high-volume of loan inquiries

    Follow up consistently to move deals forward

    Support other team members

    Other administrative support

    What We’re Looking For:

    Mortgage lending experience (commercial mortgage processing experience highly desired)

    Strong phone presence and follow-up skills

    Extremely organized and detail-oriented

    Comfortable managing CRM systems and using Microsoft office software

    Ability to multi-task

    Professional appearance and demeanor
