Growing local accounting Company looking for a bookkeeper who is good with numbers and people to work with a group of our clients. Work onsite, exclusively on QB Online. Filling position immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• TITLE: Bookkeeper
• DEPARTMENT: Accounting
• REPORTS TO: Bookkeeping Manager
• FLSA: Non-exempt
• Salary Range: $25-30/hr. to start doe
• Hours: Full Time, M-F 8:30 – 5
• Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision with Kaiser- Most, if not all, paid by Employer.

Perfect Candidate Summary

Helpful to have an aptitude towards business; numbers oriented. Attention to detail a must! You will learn many new things in this position so you must be able to grasp onto new concepts quickly; if you are taking notes and referring back to them constantly, that is a good sign. You will learn about payroll, bookkeeping and accounting, personal and business income tax. You must work well with others and above all, customer service is king! You can go a long way in this growing, fast moving company, but only for the person that is willing to work hard at the little things now, will the better opportunities be available later.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

• Proven facility in MS Office, data entry and use of office equipment (i.e. telephone, head set, 10-key or calculator, PC, FAX machine, photo copier)
• Proven facility in customer service, and problem resolution.
• Experience with QuickBooks online
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
