Mosaic Dental Collective is currently seeking a recruiter to join our HR team! Our corporate office is located in Vancouver and our team assists with the recruiting for approximately 40 dentists located in California and Washington, expanding soon into Oregon, Idaho and Nevada. This recruiting position will focus on the clinical recruiting of our dentists while assisting the recruiting team with filing our non-clinical positions as needed, and project work as assigned by our VP of Human Resources. Successful candidate will be passionate about helping others, be self-motivated, detail orientated and possess the ability to remain calm and focused in a busy office environment. Recruiting experience specific to the dental field highly desired! Position is FT, in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Associates degree preferred with at least 2 years’ experience in doctor recruiting; new hire onboarding/orientation experience preferred; HR certification preferred; previous coaching/training development related work experience preferred. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered. Solid working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets required; experience working in Paylocity a plus!
