The Building Maintenance Technician will ensure our building remains safe and functional. You will be asked to perform basic repairs on our plumbing and electrical systems, so we are looking for someone with some experience in these areas. You may also assist with carpentry and painting tasks, landscaping, etc.

Building Maintenance Worker Duties and Responsibilities

   Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and routine building inspections to identify possible issues

     Replace broken fixtures and hardware

     Assist with painting/drywall as needed

     Assist with landscape maintenance and intensive cleaning tasks

     Repair machinery or other items as needed

     Maintain a clean and safe workplace

Building Maintenance Requirements and Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)

     General construction or prior facilities maintenance (Required)

     Specialized experience with plumbing, electricity, or HVAC maintenance (a plus)

     Mechanical skills

     Attention to detail

     Ability to regularly lift items that are 50-100 lbs.

     Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
