ABOUT THE POSITION
The individual we select will be responsible for increasing market share in the Richmond, Virginia metropolitan area by selling in-unit apartment renovation services to building owners, property management firms, and multi-family portfolio asset managers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expand industry reach through industry events, LinkedIn connections, and personal networking.
- Create well-researched and well-prepared sales interactions to introduce Moseley Multi-Family to key players at targeted firms - building owners, property management firms, and multi-family portfolio asset managers.
- Build a strong prospect base by requesting opportunities to bid MMF in-unit renovations services to targeted firms.
- Work closely with the pre-construction team to ensure renovation solutions are appropriate.
- Following the MMF sales process to move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Manage all interactions with prospects through our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Project Management and the client to ensure contracted unit deliveries occur as planned.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Commercial construction industry sales background strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales performance as an individual contributor.
- A proven track record and demonstrated success achieving quota in commercial construction, renovation, design/build, etc.
- Verifiable references.
- Able to pass a drug and background check.

COMPENSATION
Salary plus commission. Expect to earn $175k+ the first year. Benefits include excellent health and dental insurance, paid time off, 401k with company match, 8 paid holiday days, long term and short-term disability paid by the company.
