  • Responsibilities

    Moshi Moshi is seeking a friendly, outgoing, organized individual to fill the role of Client Liaison. This is a part-time permanent position which will require approximately five hours per day, Tuesday-Saturday. Candidates must be able to work at either our Chapel Hill Location (416 West Franklin Street) or our Durham Location (Golden Belt Campus at 807 E Main Street) on any given day. For the right candidate, this position could eventually transition to work from home.

    The role of the Client Liaison will be to manage the salon’s client communications. Responsibilities will include:

    Communicating with clients via voice and text

    Scheduling appointments using our web-base scheduling system

    Ensuring that salon appointments are confirmed daily

    Sending mass emails

    Communicating with the owner on a daily basis

    Additional responsibilities may include completing daily sales reports as well making updates to the company website and social media accounts

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Excellent skills in communication, organization, problem solvings

    Previous customer service experience, preferably including client scheduling

    Experience in excel and photoshop

    Valid driver’s license and mode of transportation
