Mosquito and Pest Authority is the industry leader when it comes to backyard mosquito control and general pest control. We are currently looking for part time seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The Customer Service Representative supports the business by engaging with customers to provide information in response to service inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. The Customer Service Representative should have strong phone communication skills and be proficient in computer data entry. They will be integral in maintaining loyal customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and provide general information regarding product pricing, availability, and order details.

Enter and process orders and service contracts into customer database.

Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure first call resolution.

Contact customers and perform appropriate research to correct inaccurate or missing order information.

Work flexible schedule as required to meet weekly responsibilities, including occasional weekend hours.

Work remotely after training period.

Completion of other duties as assigned by senior staff.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

High School graduate / GED

Strong communication skills - verbal and written

Attention to detail and accuracy

Explain product and service offerings to new customers (telephone & email)

Proficiency with all Microsoft Office platforms

Execute marketing initiatives (social media, trade shows, special events)
