Job Summary
Mosquito Hunters Customer Service Representatives are responsible for seamless communication and interaction with clients, employees, and our sales center.
Responsibilities
Represent the company and maintain a high level of customer service
Monitor email inbox, internal messaging system and phone system
Respond to customer service and sales-related calls, emails and messages in a timely manner
Perform various clerical and administrative tasks
Qualifications
No prior work experience necessary
Must enjoy interacting with people
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Have experience in using computer software programs
Be willing to step outside your comfort zone
