Position: Part Time BeBalanced Natural Hormone Balancing Care Team Specialist:

Hourly $15 per hour. Paid training included.

Time Expected: Part-Time

12-18 hours per week

BeBalanced Natural Hormone Balancing Care Team Specialist:

Be educated and passionate about the BeBalanced programs, supplements and creams and able to communicate how they benefit our clients.

Be educated and prepared to address questions and/or concerns regarding the elements of the BeBalanced protocol.

Review list of medications and medical history on New Client Profile to identify high risk clients, and follow procedure if doctor's note is needed.

Walk the client through the program set-up and appointments.

Provide necessary appointments with the client for each phase of the program.

Be prepared to deescalate any difficult situations with clients.

Provide clear and detailed documentation of the clients’ experience throughout the process, as well as any personal information that is relevant to their experience.

Provide support and troubleshoot concerns through the process

Celebrate their successes and encourage them to do the same.

Correspond professionally as needed via phone, email and text message.

Cultivate raving fans from our client base to encourage referrals.

Provide extravagant hospitality and customer service as part of the BeBalanced team.

Look for opportunities to exceed your client’s expectations in the way we serve and care for them.

Participate in community outreach opportunities as available - expos, fairs, in-house events, lunch and learns, etc.

Communicate any concerns or pertinent information with the Center General Manager to work on difficult clients or situations.
