Job Description

The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of the business and any other duties assigned by the business owner. Training will be provided to calibrate expectations. You will need to enjoy interacting with people, shaping the work environment, setting strategy, with an ability to manage your time and our team effectively.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Manage and execute client sales & education processes via phone and online sales channels.

Deal directly with our clients either by telephone, email, and/or text messages to respond to inquiries and resolve complaints.

Manage client accounts via proprietary software system.

Develop, monitor, and ensure completion of field technician schedules on a daily basis, with weekly tracking of hours and approval of timesheets.

Daily, weekly, monthly tracking of business performance against strategic goals in our growth plan.

Reinforce and enhance a positive team-oriented environment focused on clients' experiences.

Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the physical property through inspections and preventive maintenance programs with the departments.

Conduct staff meetings, including training sessions and reviews of previous and future sales and operations efforts.

Prepare and conduct all staffing interviews in collaboration with CEO.

Ensure that all associates receive fair and equitable treatment according to company standards.

Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all personnel. Ensure that all employees receive fair and equitable treatment according to company standards.

Perform additional duties as requested by the CEO / Owners.

Education and Experience

CT DEEP Pesticide Supervisory Certification required (CT DEEP 3A & 7F)

Competent computer skills including Google Mail and MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.)

Strong administrative, organization and filing skills

Phone sales experience preferred, not required

CRM software experience preferred, not required
