Job Description

The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations of our Field Technicians and any other duties assigned by the franchise business owner. Training will be provided by the franchise business owner. We also offer a competitve 401k plan. Salary ranges are $60,000+ / year plus 5% - 10% bonuses.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Manage and execute field operations, deal directly with customers or respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints

Develop, monitor and ensure completion of field technician schedules on a daily basis

Manage field technicians on a daily basis to include payroll

Daily, weekly, monthly tracking of business performance against plan

Education and Experience

High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED) or equivalent

Competent computer skills including Google Mail and MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.)

Strong administrative and organization skills

CRM software experience preferred, not required
