Full Job Description

Do you love working hands-on and being outside? Are you a team player? Then come join our team!We are looking for hard-working, detail-oriented team members to join our Squad of Field Technicians. In this position, you will apply company product to residential and commercial landscaping according to schedule and as needed based on service requests. Each morning you will leave our Nashville office in a company vehicle to complete your assigned route and return at the end of each day. Paid training and CO3 certification provided. No experience needed. This is a seasonal full/part-time position that runs from late March-October. Year-round possibilities may be available.

HOURS

Monday-Friday. No nights or weekends

Hours may vary but you should average about 30-40 hours per week

6:30 AM- 3:00 PM* Most common schedule but we are flexible.

8:00 AM- 2:00 PM

9:00 AM- 4:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS

Review daily route assignment and efficiently load truck

Follow route assignment and drive safely

Politely greet client (if home) and explain day's procedure

Apply Mosquito Squad 21-day Protective Barrier Treatment and other applications as trained

Notify client when complete and expertly explain any unusual findings and answer questions

Complete all required forms accurately and on time

Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition

Assist in upgrading sales to current customers

QUALIFICATIONS

Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

Write short, detailed correspondence

Effectively present information to clients

Outstanding customer service skills

Valid driver's license, safe driving record and reliable transportation

Carry 60lb backpack blower

Perform duties safely and effectively in various weather conditions

Reliable, Hard Working, and Team Oriented
