Moss Motors Inc. is seeking a full-time Billing Clerk.

Job duties include processing and posting car deals by verifying vehicle costs including reconditioning and equipment add-ons as well as confirming down payments and financial institution funding. Position will be responsible for maintaining various vehicle inventory and car deal associated schedules, maintaining customer records, and processing customer refunds when applicable.
Salary commensurate with experience.
QUALIFICATIONS Dealership Accounting experience is required.
2 years or more related experience and/or training.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Proficient in Excel/Word.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
