    We are a full-service real estate team serving the Dallas area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service as well as assist with marketing and social media efforts and effectively work team CRM. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, working with approved buyers and working at all times, showings to fully qualified leads. Help Grow contacts and manage CRM, assist with implementing marketing strategies and oversee social media. Responsibilities: Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Prospect for both seller and buyer leads, convert leads to appointments accordingly for Jacob listing appointments or buyer consults  • Connecting with other compass agents across the country • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups • Manage client database management program and system. • Manage and update agent website(s), blog(s), and online listings. • Regularly assist to manage and enhance team and jacobs social media presence. • Track and coordinate all inbound leads from websites, social media and other online sources. • Implement procedures and policies currently being used by other top teams • Assist in all Social Media and all marketing efforts ongoing  • Assist in operating Jacob’s CRM • Prepare marketing documents for listing/buyer consultations • Conduct a thorough needs analysis to ensure fiduciary service to all clients. • Ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified with a mortgage lender. • Show property to prospective home buyers and leasing clients. • Identify property to show that meets the client's criteria. • Schedule showings of homes with clients, listing agents, and/or home sellers. • Refine the client's criteria and select additional properties to show as necessary. • Negotiate offers to purchase and/or lease while overseeing the negotiation process hand in hand with Jacob. • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors. • Negotiate all inspection repairs. • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and/or emails. • Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information. • Provide buyer clients pricing information and market research. • Educate buyer clients about the home buying process. • Regularly assure clients that lead agent, Jacob Moss, is involved and informed – Promote the team concept • Keep lead agent informed on all client communications and developments, copied on all emails, and updated notes in CRM. • Close buyer clients to written offers to purchase. • Train, mentor, and assist in the hiring of additional hires  • Communicate diligently with administrative staff to ensure the highest level of service to buyer clients from initial contact through contract to close. • Attend team meetings. • Attend all office training that Jacob recommends as beneficial to ongoing learning of systems •  input and report all prospecting and client servicing activities regularly for accountability and to keep the rest of the team informed. Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving Present yourself in a professional manner Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
