    THE OPPORTUNITY

    We want to take the Company to the next-level and this is where you come in. As a BRAND AMBASSADOR for Mothership Agency, you will be our boots-on-the-ground and promote our products to increase our overall brand awareness and generate new sales. You will build strong relationships with key strategic partners and provide sampling and education to consumers and budtenders.

    You are positive, outgoing, an all-star communicator and are always dependable.     WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • Travel regularly to lead various promotional events and demo days within stores to our customers within your territory, as scheduled by your Regional Account Manager
    • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, including regulatory knowledge
    • Build strong relationships with budtenders and management from each account within assigned territory while also networking and building relationships with potential customers
    • Continuously conduct inventory analysis from accounts as well as competitive analysis on other brands within your assigned territory.
    • Assist our Regional Account Managers with scheduling of meetings and other sales administration support when needed.
    • Work alongside our Digital Marketing Coordinator to provide content at each demo day, dispensary pop-up, events, etc.

    WE ARE A START-UP, ROLLING UP OUR SLEEVES TO BUILD SOMETHING BIGGER THAN OURSELVES. THIS MEANS THAT OTHER DUTIES MAY ARISE, AND WE SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER IN ACCOMPLISHING WHAT'S NEEDED.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Must be able to lift/carry up to 30lbs as well as stand or be mobile for multiple hours without difficulty
    • You have a flexible schedule, willing to travel and able to work weekends. (paid drive time)
    • You excel in an unstructured, start-up environment, and bring an element of precision and organization
    • Adaptable with the ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively prioritize business needs
    • Excellent communication skill and a professional attitude
    • Responsible, reliable, and punctual
    • Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in retail sales is a plus
    • Cannabis knowledge not mandatory but preferred
