    We want to take the Company to the next- level and this is where you come in.  As our Sales Operations Coordinator, you live to provide great customer service by confirming sales orders are booked correctly, inventory levels are maintained, and ensuring the team and clients are up-to-date on progress.  You pay close attention to the details, are an all-star communicator, and work well under pressure and deadlines.  

    You are a self-starter, organized, adaptable, and embrace continuous improvement.  As a team player, you build strong relationships to support the growth of the business. You are proactive, can catch things before they happen,  all while excelling at keeping things streamlined and organized.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    Sales and Order Tracking

    • Input, track and manage sales orders in the Company's CRM 
    • Liaise with the Account Representatives to place pre-orders/orders, coordinate delivery dates, track, record order adjustments, and communicate and document updates on the status of orders
    • Proactively work with the Company's 3rd party distribution partner to schedule deliveries, rush orders, coordinate inventory intake and resolve order issues
    • Track and manage purchase orders for Tier 1 accounts

    Inventory Management

    • Conduct weekly inventory evaluations, maintaining accurate and complete records in the inventory management system
    • Update inventory allocations for the Account Representatives
    • Coordinate and manage internal inventory transfers in coordination with the 3rd party distribution company
    • Create and maintain product and category SKUs and update inventory levels across the company's various platforms
    • Work with the sales team to forecast upcoming product releases and coordinate the creation and maintenance of new SKUs

    Other Administrative Activities

    • Support ongoing projects in coordination with the Sales Operations Manager
    • Data entry and validation
    • Adhoc office administration, running errands, and ordering supplies
    • Sales, AR, Inventory reporting

    WE ARE A START-UP, ROLLING UP OUR SLEEVES TO BUILD SOMETHING BIGGER THAN OURSELVES.  THIS MEANS THAT OTHER DUTIES MAY ARISE, AND WE SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER IN ACCOMPLISHING WHAT'S NEEDED.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Minimum 2 years experience in administration or sales support role
    • Outstanding attention to detail
    • Strong communicator, both written and verbal 
    • Strong use of Excel and other MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
    • Results-oriented, you are organized and prioritize your work to meet deadlines, adapting to manage multiple priorities
    • You excel in an unstructured, start-up environment, and bring an element of precision and organization
    • Associate Degree's Degree in Administration or a related field is a bonus
