    Job Description

We are seeking a Motion Designer who can translate brand strategy into compelling visual movement across fully integrated campaigns. This role sits within a multidisciplinary creative team and partners closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Producers to bring ideas to life across digital ecosystems.

    Your Impact

    • Bring brand stories to life through motion that is visually compelling and strategically grounded.
    • Translate ideas into dynamic visual systems that elevate fully integrated 360° campaigns across paid social, web, product launches, OOH, and video ecosystems.
    • Operate at the intersection of concept and craft, contributing from storyboard through final delivery.
    • Animate typography, UI, brand systems, social content, and campaign video assets in a way that strengthens the core idea and supports business objectives.
    • Help shape narrative flow, extend static brand systems into scalable motion frameworks, and ensure every detail feels intentional, modern, and aligned to platform and audience.
    • Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Production, manage multiple projects with precision, optimize files for digital and broadcast environments, and when appropriate, capture or integrate live action footage and 3D elements to enhance the work.

    What Success Looks Like

    • Campaigns feel cohesive and elevated because motion strengthens the core idea rather than decorating it
    • Clients see their brand come alive through motion systems that feel premium, intentional, and platform aware
    • Work performs. Engagement increases, storytelling is clearer, and visual consistency builds brand equity
    • Creative leads trust you to translate strategic concepts into strong motion language without losing nuance
    • Producers rely on your ability to scope accurately and deliver on time in fast moving environments
    • Designers feel supported because you extend static systems into thoughtful motion frameworks
    • Files are organized, optimized, and production ready, allowing teams to move efficiently.
    • You proactively identify visual gaps and propose motion solutions that elevate the work
    • Feedback conversations improve the output and strengthen collaboration
    • You can flex from micro animations to full campaign video systems with equal precision
