A consulting company in the Lehigh Valley area is growing our their Support Team and looking to hire a Support Analyst to work with their enterprise customers on Level 1 Support. They are looking for someone to provide support for managed services infrastructure as well as field service calls regarding incidents and requests. You will be the first level of support and working extensively with Windows OS and Microsoft Technologies.
Culturally, this is a technology-first company so this Support Engineer should feel passionate about what they do, learning new tools and concepts, and working with a team while also being able to take the initiative in their work.
