Job Description

We are seeking candidates to join our Client Services team in Lewisville, TX area. We offer paid training and are looking for applicants with a background in customer service or a related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete Client Services training and learn how to accurately qualify customers.

• Engage prospective customers while educating them about Motion SG.

• Contact, qualify, and schedule appointments with homeowners who have expressed interest in solar.

• Display creative problem-solving in presenting solutions to customers considering going solar.

• Be an active contributor to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating and maintaining professional relationships.

• Always professionally represent the company, ensuring quality customer service.

• Abide by all policies, rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures of the department and company, including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures.

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Takes initiative and is prepared to handle the tasks being assigned.

• Must be motivated, well organized, highly detailed, and commitment-oriented.

• Ability to communicate with confidence.

• Maintains the highest level of sales ethics and integrity.

• Verbal communication, phone skills, listening skills, attention to detail, and professionalism

• Must be coachable, engaged, and open-minded during training and be willing to ask questions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Weekly Pay Schedule- Hourly plus uncapped commission to all contractors with a possible first-year contractor income ranging from $40,000 - $80,000+.
