Appointment Setter Opportunity-Hourly + Commission

Motion SG is looking for high enthusiastic individuals that love to make people/customers happy Applicants will be considered for this position if they have met the correct requirements for this position, or the applicant has previous successful sales experience with in home sales, appointment setting. Preferably past solar sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Appointment setters will be responsible for setting and confirming appointments, area management, in home consultations and signing up their appointments to a solar program that best fits the homeowner.
• The appointment setter will run the appointments they set and educate the homeowner about their current utility provider and that homeowners different options for switching to a solar provider.
• The appointment setter must be well organized, a good communicator and a motivated self-starter.
• This is a full-time position.
• Finding homeowners interested in getting a free in home estimate on solar.

TRAINING

• Training for this position will be 1-2 weeks depending on class size. With continued classroom, and workshop education and training.
• Training will include classroom and in field work.
• Trainee will shadow other appointment setter and in-home consultations
• The appointment setter will manage their field territories 5-6 days a week (WEEKENDS OPTIONAL). They will set appointments for our sales consultants to attend.
• The appointment setter will communicate with the Operations Team in order to schedule appointments, design systems, qualify homeowners, sign documents and follow up on any post sale requirements.
• The daily goal is to set new appointments by themselves

COMPENSATION

• This is an hourly plus commissions-based job

We are hiring for 1099 contactor positions.
