Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for buyer and seller leads • Build rapport quickly through calls, texts, and email communication • Understand client needs and connect them with the appropriate team member • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions • Provide regular updates and support throughout the buying or selling process • Contribute to a smooth and positive client experience Qualifications: • Active Arizona Real Estate License • Full Time Realtor - 40+ hours per week, flexible availability • Likable, Trainable, Willing To Learn, Ready To Contribute To Our Group, and Be In Service To Others • Wants, Needs, or Loves Making Money (Realtoring is hard work; you need to want it) • 5 Completed Purchase or Listing Transactions in the last 2 years (We may waive this if you have a professional, military, or sales background) • Strong people skills and natural relationship-building ability • High emotional intelligence and customer service orientation • Excellent phone etiquette and email writing skills • Commission-based opportunity with upside earning potential Compensation: $150,000 - $225,000 yearly
