We're growing quickly and it is time for us to hire an OFFICE ASSISTANT. This person will be responsible for organization and ordering of office materials, swag, mailing, helping support events, as well as help support the Motivosity teams and all other office tasks.

ABOUT YOU: You are a fun and energetic person who loves the startup and tech scene and wants to be a part of a cool company. You have a passion for organization, helping team members and making an office a better place. You are a people person who is excited to create opportunities for yourself and the company and willing to help out with the day to day efforts.

Motivosity is growing quickly. Your role will be crucial in helping support and contribute to the company's success. You'll be joining Motivosity at a time filled with career defining opportunities. 

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: 

• Manage SWAG vendors, orders and deliveries
• Organize and manage office supplies, marketing materials, and handle all new customer gifts
• Assist with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing and company events
• Grow a really cool company with really cool people
