POSITION OVERVIEW This is a paid, full-time marketing internship, 40 hours per week, no weekends. You will help us execute multiple marketing campaigns via our websites, social media, email, postcards, and text platforms. This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong graphics and website education (Adobe platform), creativity, sense of humor, and an understanding of SEO and social media campaign ROI metrics. This position reports to the Business Development Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES - Create campaign graphics for email, online, social media, and other platforms using Adobe Creative Suite - Create, update, and share Customer and Prospect lists - Write and proof written copy - Track and report open rates, click-throughs, and conversion rates for each campaign and medium - Create and maintain a database of graphics assets - Use MailChimp and VINConnect to send targeted email and text campaigns - Other tasks as assigned PRIMARY OBJECTIVES Successfully create, launch, track, and report on marketing campaigns to drive sales and service revenue.
