Position- Motorcoach Service CSR
Must have Experience in the Motorcoach or Automotive Industry with Knowledge of RV Parts and Services.
24/7 MotorCoach is a state of the art boutique style "CLIMATE CONTROLLED" 125,000 sq ft. facility specializing in 2005-2025 Class A Motorcoaches (Berkshire, Nexus, Thor, Newmar, Newell, Prevost, Entegra and Tiffin) repairs, service and storage.
Receptionist Job Functions and Skills:
Pleasant and cheerful disposition
Answering phones while directing customers to correct department
Taking detailed messages, gathering information and returning customer's call
Determine product needs and services by working directly with customers and Service Coordinator
Help the Service Coordinator provide estimates for designated installations and service prior to scheduling appointments - you will be the go between for customers and the service coordinator
Help Service coordinator with tracking all work orders from estimate to final pay - customer, warranty or insurance
Collection of past due invoices
Ability to communicate with customers and staff both Written (Email) and Verbal in person or phone
Keep customers informed of work progress
Computer skills including google docs and email a must
Ability to Multi-task in a fast paced environment - multi-company employee - we currently have 5 companies under one roof. You will be the face and voice to all customers
