What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer motorcycles

Perform inspections on and service incoming motorcycles for sale

Conduct test rides to verify repairs

Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors

Complete repair documentation thoroughly and accurately

Prepare damage and crash estimates

Help maintain a safe and organized shop

Qualifications

Required

Motorcycle repair experience

Personal technician tools

Valid motorcycle endorsement

Strong attention to detail

Professional attitude and work ethic

Passion for motorcycles

Preferred

MMI, UTI, WyoTech, or similar technical training

OEM certifications

Multi-brand motorcycle experience

Strong electrical and diagnostic skills

Compensation

$25-$40+ per hour

Pay is based on experience, certifications, productivity, and skill level.

Experienced motorcycle technicians are encouraged to apply.

Entry level technicians welcome as well.
