AS A MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL-CYCLE OF THE SALES PROCESS OF CONNECTING OUR LARGE-SCALE CLIENTS TO OUR LOCAL VENDOR SUPPLIERS. YOU THRIVE ON GENERATING SALES AND BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS. AS THE SOLE MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE WITHIN YOUR MARKET, YOU WILL LEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH OF OUR CINCINNATI BUSINESS!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· EFFECTIVELY MANAGE THE FULL-CYCLE OF THE SALES PROCESS FROM START TO CLOSE
· DEVELOP MEANINGFUL CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH DIRECT FACE TO FACE CONSULTATIONS
· ACTIVELY REACH OUT TO AND MEET WITH POTENTIAL LEADS IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR NEW CONNECTIONS
· DRIVE SALES OF OUR FIRST-CLASS SERVICES BY DEVELOPING, IDENTIFYING, AND QUALIFYING QUALITY LEADS
· EFFECTIVELY UTILIZE OUR CRM SYSTEM TO MAINTAIN A PIPELINE OF POTENTIAL LEADS
· CLEARLY AND THOROUGHLY COMMUNICATE WITH LEADS TO DEMONSTRATE OUR HIGH-QUALITY SERVICES
· MEET AND SOCIALIZE WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS LOCALLY TO DEMONSTRATE OUR PLATFORM AND SERVICES
· WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH THE LEADERSHIP TEAM TO BUILD SALES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY
WHAT YOU NEED
· PASSION FOR SALES AND GROWING A BUSINESS
· IMPECCABLE ATTENTION TO DETAIL
· EXPERIENCE IN USING VARIOUS CRM SYSTEMS
· 1+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN B2B SALES
· 4-YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY
· COMPELLING COMMUNICATION, BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN
