Responsibilities: • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction • Work in synergy with our ISAs and real estate agents, educating them on available loan programs • Deliver swift, competent responses to our in-house Realtor and builder referrals • Follow up promptly on inbound leads and collaborate with our ISAs and agents on each lead • Make full use of our company-provided CRM system, ensuring it remains updated • Engage with applicants promptly, providing insightful, consultative mortgage options • Review rates, costs, and program options and keep all stakeholders informed of transaction status Qualifications: • Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred • NMLS #, Licensed loan officer • Proven history of originating purchase loans • Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed mortgage originator • Willingness to use video conferencing daily • A college degree is strongly preferred • Proficient technical skills (Microsoft or Google Suite, experience using a CRM to manage leads, etc.) Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 yearly
