With us, it's not just about the loans you bring in - we provide you with direct appointments and leads from our established client base, setting you up for immediate origination opportunities. We are proud partners with one of the top real estate teams in the area, and our in-house Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) are tasked with setting up appointments with potential customers directly to you. You'll work alongside our large team of dedicated real estate agents, providing seamless, efficient service to our clients. We anticipate you to nurture your existing referral sources while maximizing the direct appointments and leads provided by our ISAs. With our strong network and streamlined processes, we're here to significantly amplify your productivity. Physical setting: • Office Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Compensation: • This is a commission-based position with immediate origination opportunities • We offer highly competitive commissions Responsibilities: • Work in synergy with our ISAs and real estate agents, educating them on available loan programs. • Deliver swift, competent responses to our in-house Realtor and builder referrals. • Follow up promptly on inbound leads and collaborate with our ISAs and agents on each lead. • Make full use of our company-provided CRM system, ensuring it remains updated. • Engage with applicants promptly, providing insightful, consultative mortgage options. • Review rates, costs, and program options and keep all stakeholders informed of transaction status. Qualifications: • NMLS #, Licensed loan officer. • Proven history of originating purchase loans. • Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed mortgage originator. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Willingness to use video conferencing daily. • A college degree is strongly preferred. • Proficient technical skills (Microsoft or Google Suite, experience using a CRM to manage leads, etc.) Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000 yearly
