Responsibilities: • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large Qualifications: • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required Compensation: $100,000 +
