    Job Overview:

    As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your goal is to drive Ethica Wines and its portfolio brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through effective digital strategies. The role will be assisted by professional outsourced agencies to set and monitor guidelines and train in additional digital skills.

    Campaign Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media plans to achieve marketing objectives.
    • Create and manage digital content, including text, image, and video content.

    Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow the organization's social media presence.
    • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (EW North America, EW Asia-Pacific,– Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Linkedin and La Gioiosa USA Instagram).
    • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Daily community management,
    • Reply to DMs
    • Develop content calendars and maintain posting and campaign schedules
    • Post and repost contents and stories
    • Write engaging copywriting
    • Track, monitor and analyze social media performance and KPIs
    • Suggest content optimization based on performance and KPIs results
    • Track content trends and offer suggestions on how and why Ethica Wines can strategically leverage
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
    • Attend market events when requested in order to promote events

    Digital Advertising:

    • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including PPC and display advertising.
    • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics.
    • Develop, implement and manage influencers/ambassadors/giveaways campaigns
    • Develop, manage and optimize social media and digital targeted ad campaigns

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital media performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Content Creation:

    • Ensure that social media and content creation are aligned in goals and consistent in timing
    • Define concepts as well as the development of the content creation (photo shooting/coordination with the graphic designer…)
    • Engage and implement content strategy together with third party agencies defining creative concepts, mood boards, type of content (photo, videos, seasonal contents…)
    • Photo Editing: Use Lightroom to enhance the color and overall quality of images for social media and other marketing purposes. Create content using Adobe Software
    • Video Editing: basic understanding of Adobe Premiere skills for video editing, including cutting clips, adding audio, and incorporating logos when needed.

    SEO and SEM:

    • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
    • Keep Ethica Wines website up-to-date
    • Implement and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.

    Email Marketing:

    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage the audience.
    • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance.
    • Create engaging newsletters

    Others:

    • Work effectively with the marketing team and external agencies to align digital content with Ethica Wines' visual identity and marketing objectives.
    • Occasionally support sales efforts during industry events.

    Required Skills:

    • Adobe Software Knowledge: Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom for content creation and editing tasks.
    • Knowledge of Social Media and Meta business suite
    • Experience in copywriting to create engaging content for all the digital communication channels
    • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, adept at efficiently coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and optimizing resources for optimal outcomes.
    • Flexibility: Adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of digital assets.
    • Passion for wine and basic Italian wine knowledge.
    • Previous experience with Social Media is required.
    • Previous experience in the wine industry is required.
    • Italian Proficiency
    • English Proficiency (C1)
