Job Description

We are a rapidly growing promotional marketing firm that applies a customer- friendly, direct, results-driven approach to sales and marketing. In this Entry Level sales position you are the retail representative for our clients. You will deliver exceptional customer service by answering all customer questions and concerns regarding our products and services to help them make the most informed decisions.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Proactively communicate face-to-face with customers in in-field campaigns to promote services and increase leads.
Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a sales representative.
Be adaptable to varying store assignments and environments.
Have conversations with ease, overcome objections, and keep a positive attitude.
Observe senior leadership interacting directly with customers.
Attend daily meetings that cover client brand information, sales goals, and leadership development.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL WITH MOTUS?
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a positive, coachable, competitive attitude.
Must have strong communication skills.
Ability to problem solve quickly.
Significant work experience in customer service or sales strongly preferred.
Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge.
