    Job Description

    We are bringing on a new PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST (Mid) to support all phases of the PROGRAM MANAGEMENT LIFE CYCLE for a DOD CLIENT PROGRAM OFFICE, including developing documentation, monitoring task execution, and identifying and mitigating program risks.  You will develop and support the management of PROGRAM BUDGET DOCUMENTS (language and schedule), ANALYZE EXECUTION REPORTS, and provide OUTPUT OF ANALYSIS on regular basis. As a member of the team, you will develop and maintain program spend plans and phasing plans. We expect you to have the ability to research applicable policy and procedures, interact with diverse functional teams in an Integrated Program Team (IPT) environment, and author documentation and presentations in support of program decisions and milestone reviews. On a day to day basis you will coordinate with functional and technical experts on program documentation to further program requirements. Facilitate meetings and develop briefings and white papers for the client and execute client meetings as needed. A great fit for this team will demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management and acquisition. 

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3+ years of experience with program or project management
    • 1+ years of experience supporting a Navy Systems Program Office (e.g., NAVWAR, NAVSEA, NAVAIR)
    • Experience with DoD or Navy contracting procedures and regulations
    • Knowledge of DoD/SECNAV 5000 instructions
    • Extensive experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to show creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management
    • Ability to self-start, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
    • BA or BS degree
    • Secret clearance

     

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience with preparing briefings and reports for senior government executives preferred
    • Possession of excellent team-oriented and team-building skills
    • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skill
