    Job Description

    Join our team providing SUPPLY SUPPORT to a recently awarded 5-year NAVWAR effort. 

    ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS YOU WILL: 

    • Develop and manage supply support documentation to include
      • SUPPLY SUPPORT MANAGEMENT PLAN
      • SPEND PLANS
      • OBLIGATION AND EXPENDITURE REPORTS
    • Conduct asset visibility and tracking and ALLOWANCE PART LIST/ALLOWANCE COMPONENT LIST (APL/ACL) maintenance
    • Develop ONBOARD REPAIR PART (OBRP), INSTALLATION AND CHECK OUT (INCO), and Depot spares procurement orders, conduct sparing analysis and procurements
    • Interface with NAVSEA PUSH/PULL program to coordinate spares delivery to fleet platforms and NAVSEA High-value tracking system to ensure correct spares delivery
    • Collect/consolidate financial data for input into spares planning documents and interface with NAVSUP and NAVSEALOGCEN 
    • Develop and maintain PROGRAM SUPPORT DATA (PSD) SHEETS utilizing the PSD AUTOMATED REPORTING AND TRACKING SYSTEM (PARTS) online database
    • Review and update BASELINE ASSESSMENT MEMORANDUM (BAM) Variance Sheets in support of OPNAV Sponsor Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) reviews
    • Assess Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) planning impacts and modification to Item Unique Identification (IUID) plans
    • Monitor Material Support Date (MSD) change requests in the PARTS database and review affected PSDs for impact to initial and Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) outfitting requirements
    • Develop, review, and update RELIABILITY-BASED SPARING (RBS) data sheets for NAVSEA
    • Review CORE LOGISTICS AND SOURCE OF REPAIR ANALYSIS documents
    • DEVELOP DEPOT SOURCE OF REPAIR (DSOR) documentation
    • DEVELOP/REVIEW LEVEL OF REPAIR ANALYSIS (LORA)
    • Schedule and facilitate PROVISIONING GUIDANCE CONFERENCE, establish a POA&M for a Provisioning Conference, and review Provisioning Technical Data (PTD)
    • Familiarization with INTEGRATED LOGISTICS INFORMATION TOOL (ILIT), PROVISIONING CONTRACT CONTROL NUMBER (PCCN) requests, and INTERACTIVE COMPUTER-AIDED PROVISIONING SYSTEM (ICAPS) to build ACL/APL
    • Draft and submit provisioning packages in support of ALLOWANCE COMPONENTS LIST (ACL) and ALLOWANCE PARTS LIST (APL) development and file update process
    • Develop NATIONAL ITEM IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (NIINS) and RELIABILITY BLOCK DIAGRAMS (RBDS)
    • Review RELIABILITY, MAINTAINABILITY AND AVAILABILITY (RMA) reports; analyze RMA failure data
    • Support Staff meetings as requested/required: CONFIGURATION CONTROL BOARDS (CCB), program engineering meetings, INTEGRATED PRODUCT TEAM (IPT), working groups, training events, FLEET SUPPORT TEAMS (FST), program reviews
    • High caliber oral, written, and briefing skills

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5 years of specialized logistics experience with the Navy or comparable Department of Defense agencies such as PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) OR IN-SERVICE ENGINEERING AGENT (ISEA)
    • 3 years of experience in direct logistics support to an ACQUISITION PROGRAM OFFICE (PEO/PMW) or similar organization
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • ACTIVE DOD SECRET CLEARANCE
