MTS Mobile Staffing Services is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to work in our Salt Lake City Branch. Bi-lingual in Spanish extremely beneficial. Duties include managing client and employee relations, field customer service visits, screening prospective employees, processing applications and I-9's, weekly payroll, job placement and dispatch, recruiting, safety orientation, training and general office coordination. Will need to have a clean driving record. Will work directly with prospective employees and clients in a customer service role. Must have excellent administrative, organization, communication and customer service skills and possess strong computer proficiency and have the ability to multi-task in a busy and fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidate will show a sense of urgency and accountability, have a confident personality and have the ability to communicate effectively. Bi-lingual in Spanish ideal, and again must possess a clean driving record required. Must pass a background check. Hours of operation are from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.
