We are looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant in a busy outpatient multidisciplinary office. The Physical Therapy Assistant must be licensed to apply. We do have a 90 day probationary period. After we will perform a evaluation and the employee will also be eligible for health, vision and dental benefits. Position is salary plus bonuses.

Performance Requirements:

Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care developed by and under the supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist.

Communicate with the Physical Therapist any pertinent information concerning patient progress, problems and plans.

Be proficient in manual therapy need to treat patients based on their presentation and instructions given by Physical Therapist.

Participate in Patient Plan of Care Meetings if asked by the Physical Therapist.

Record treatment notes, progress notes, provide objective input for discharge summaries and complete daily billing of services per policy and procedures.

Participate in discharge planning under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.

Recommend any needed equipment to the Physical Therapist.

Comply with the Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure and Certification Standards.

Accept other duties assigned.

Exercise good judgment in the performance of the job and be able to progress and regress patients as needed.

Successfully incorporate technology into daily practice as deemed by the Company.
