    Job description Move Fitness Concepts is currently seeking a reliable front desk / gym attendant with outstanding customer service! We are currently looking to grow our team with highly qualified and experienced gym attendants and front desk agents. The responsibilities for this job opening include, but are not limited to: -Creating gym memberships -Booking appointments -Checking in members -Documenting cancellations and freezes -Submitting and completing daily reports -Restocking items -Maintaining gym areas neat including class studios, weight room, cardio room, and outdoor spaces Job Functions: -Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member every time -Provide the highest level of customer service to all members, guests, and visitors upon arrival -Professionally greet, and check-in members, guests, and visitors upon arrival and thank them as they leave -Answer questions, solve problems, and address comments/concerns/complaints appropriately Job Responsibilities: -Answer phones and field questions keeping with Front Desk standards -Perform cash, check, and credit card transactions accurately -Maintain a clean and organized front desk, lobby area and gym area -Use online computer software for member check-ins, updating member accounts as needed -Understand and follow employee standards of conduct and ethics -Assume other duties as assigned, including rotating clean tasks with other team members -Work morning, evening, and weekend shifts Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: -Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills -Excellent listening skills -A strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail -Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude -Outwardly facing professional appearance to include a smile, uniform, and name tag -Confidence and desire to create new relationships quickly -Ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge and skills -Ability to multitask and work well under pressure -Basic computer skills Required Experience, Education & Certifications: -High school diploma or GED (Preferred) -Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) -Fluent in English; Bilingual (Preferred) -BLS/AED/CPR Certification (Preferred) Pay Rate: Starting from $16.00 per hour.
