    Move Indy is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sales Associate to join our team! This position will work cross-functionally with the Business Development team to drive revenue and increase Move Indy’s reach within the community. Successful candidates will be extremely self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed. If you love meeting people, fostering relationships, and helping people solve problems - this position may be for you! As part of the day-to-day activities, the Sales Associate will need to speak with customers and collect the proper information to obtain an estimate or schedule an in-home estimate. Administrative duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to: answering phones, emails, and texts; data entry; calendar management; working within a CRM; and working within additional software systems (such as RingCentral, Google Suite, and Excel). The position will include a base salary plus earned commissions and bonuses. The more you help Move Indy grow, the more opportunity you have to be rewarded! Earning potential is capped only by how hard you are willing to work! Candidates MUST be serious and self-motivated. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. We are looking for a strong and experienced salesperson who understands the moving & storage industry. Move Indy will provide an onboarding and training plan to help familiarize the selected candidate with our policies, procedures, and estimating techniques and software. Responsibilities: • Respond to all incoming leads via phone, text, email, social media platforms, etc. • MUST be available between the hours of 8:30 am - 5 pm ET (business hours); responding to leads outside of business hours is encouraged in order to capture & convert leads • Sending/responding to emails, text messages, voicemails, and social media requests; • Gathering customer information/data entry; • Maintaining and working within a CRM system; • Ability to meticulously log all customer interactions; • Lead management with extreme attention to daily follow-up; • Generating estimates for moving, packing, storage, junk removal, and home services [training will be provided]; • Calendar management (dispatch calendar); • Working daily to convert leads into booked customers; • Attend weekly meetings & provide feedback/suggestions to improve sales, as well as the overall customer experience Qualifications: • 5+ years of sales experience; • Experience in the moving & storage industry; • Extremely self-motivated & driven; • Strong computer skills with proficiencies in the following systems: Google Suite (GMail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.), RingCentral, Excel • Previous experience with any CRM system • File creation & management (PDFs, etc.) • Basic understanding and familiarity with standard social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, GMB, Yelp, etc.) • Ability to multitask and remain calm/professional under pressure; • Proven organizational skills; • Candidates MUST be reliable and coachable; • Independent worker & thinker. Ability to apply past learning experiences to future situations. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
