Responsibilities: • Developing and maintaining referral relationships and a client base through prospecting and networking with realtors, builders, and your community • Completing accurate mortgage loan applications • Counseling borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them • Communicating interest rates, rate lock information, and closing costs accurately with borrowers • Being the link between the borrower and the processing, underwriting, and closing departments • Performing weekly update calls on all pre-qualified, pre-approved, and in-process loans to all interested parties • Continuously updating their knowledge base to maintain knowledge of guidelines and industry practices Qualifications: • A minimum of two (2) years of mortgage loan origination experience (required) • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Loan Origination Software • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS State Registration Compensation: $150,000+ (Commission Only)
