About the role

Highbrow Moving is a premium boutique moving company in Nashville. We handle high-end residential moves with white-glove care, luxury items, antiques, and homes that don't tolerate cut corners. We're not the cheapest movers in town, and we don't try to be. We're hiring people who take pride in doing it right.

What you'll do

• Pack, load, transport, and unload household goods with care
• Protect floors, walls, and furniture using proper padding and equipment
• Handle high-value items (antiques, art, electronics) with professionalism
• Communicate respectfully with clients in their homes
• Work as a team with the crew lead and other movers
• Follow safety standards and company procedures on every job

What we're looking for

• Reliable and shows up on time.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Clean, professional appearance and attitude
• Prior moving or labor experience is preferred but not required.

Driver

About the role

We are also hiring drivers for local and long-distance moves. You'll be operating our trucks, leading or supporting the crew on-site, and representing the brand from arrival to drive and unload. This isn't just driving, you're the face of the move.

What you'll do

• Safely operate moving trucks for local and long-distance moves
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues
• Lead or support the crew during loading, drive and unload
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the move

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Prior moving or trucking experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable backing into tight driveways and navigating residential streets
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and assist crew with loading/unloading
• Professional, calm under pressure, and client-facing ready
