Job Description
The Moves Coordinator is a critical position within the Move Delivery Team for the CBRE Microsoft Account. This role serves as a collaborative point of contact for Microsoft employees, facilitating move coordination and providing customer service across the Puget Sound campus. This position manages small-scale move projects, coordinating logistics for individual to large group moves (up to 500 employees), and ensuring compliance with team objectives. Key responsibilities include vendor engagement, project management, effective communication, presentations, reporting, facility walkthroughs, post-move support, email management, exceptional customer service, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Associate degree (AA/AS) and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of related experience desired.

Technical Learning : Quickly grasp new technical concepts, skills, and knowledge related to industry, company, products, or internet technology.
Time Management : Uses time effectively and efficiently, prioritizes important tasks, and accomplishes more in less time.
Additional Information
The base salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
