    Moving Analytics provides Movn - a digital cardiac rehabilitation service to help patients recover after a heart attack or heart surgery. The goal of the program is to help patients reduce their risk of getting a future cardiac event through managing their risk factors including exercise, nutrition, smoking, blood pressure, weight, medication, and stress.

    BACKGROUND

    We are looking for an Enrollment Specialist to assist eligible patients in their enrollment and onboarding into the Movn virtual cardiac rehab program. You will be working with multiple accounts and various onboarding models. Successful candidates are empathetic team players and multi-taskers that are both willing and able to provide exceptional service to our clients and patients.

    LOCATION

    • Costa Mesa, CA
    • 9 am - 5 pm PST; work schedule that may coincide with EST business hours

    EMPLOYMENT TYPE

    Full-time, W2

    SCOPE OF WORK

    • Apply a working knowledge of cardiovascular disease (CVD), risk factors, and common treatments to daily tasks
    • Onboard patients to the Movn virtual cardiac rehab program across various Moving Analytics accounts
    • Closely analyze patient health history in electronic medical records through a Clinical Research lens
    • Show empathy, attentiveness, patience, and respect in all client/patient interactions, especially sensitivity to a person's cardiovascular disease, comorbidities, and health history
    • Respond to requests across multiple channels, including phone calls, chats, texts, emails, video conferences, and other methods
    • Uphold our standards of timely responses to all onboarding obligations and other service requests
    • Familiarize patients with program tools and assist in both device and app set-ups
    • Schedule patient appointments within the program
    • Maintain consistent communication with other key partners involved in the patient journey (e.g., Program Coordinators, Care Managers, Cardiologists, etc.)
    • Uphold our standards of, and abide by the HIPAA regulations for, patient privacy
    • Complete all required and relevant documentation for enrollment and onboarding
    • Provide onboarding reports for each site
    • Work with the team to strategize and implement process improvements
    • Attend and participate in required weekly team meetings held through video conferencing

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, or a related allied health field
    • Knowledge about cardiovascular disease (CVD), risk factors, and common treatment plans, surgical procedures, and intervention strategies (e.g., CABG, PTCA, stenting, pharmacological therapy, cardiac rehabilitation) 
    • 2 years of recent customer service experience
    • BLS and/or CPR certification by the American Heart Association/American Red Cross
    • Medical Terminology course
    • Demonstrable, clear and concise written and verbal communication
    • Demonstrable, professional phone etiquette/demeanor
    • Experience troubleshooting technical issues
    • Experience managing tasks of varying degrees of complexity simultaneously
    • Ability to work independently against priorities set by leadership

    PREFERRED

    • Experience in Exercise Science/Physiology, Nursing, Clinical Research Assistant, or a related allied health field
    • Experience working in a healthcare setting
    • ACSM certification (e.g., ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist, ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer)
    • Proficient in electronic medical record systems (e.g., EPIC)
