BACKGROUND

As a Fulfillment Specialist II, you will act as one of the stewards of Moving Analytics quality, receiving and fulfilling purchase orders and internal order fulfillment for patients. You'll uphold our standards of quick response times, fast shipping, and high satisfaction ratings while focusing on high order accuracy. You'll document all purchase orders, including any tracking information and anything related to the completion of our fulfillment process. You'll also collaborate with the team on improving our training, education, and fulfillment processes based on prior experience. Fulfillment Specialists are a part of the Product Team at Moving Analytics and collaborate within the Product and Engineering teams.

Moving Analytics provides Movn - a digital cardiac rehabilitation service to help patients recover after a heart attack or heart surgery. The goal of the program is to help patients reduce their risk of getting a future cardiac event by empowering them to manage their risk factors including exercise, nutrition, smoking, blood pressure, weight, medication and stress.

LOCATION

• Irvine, CA
• Standard Schedule: a minimum of 3 days on-site is required, with the option to remote 2 days each week
• During the pandemic, we are fully remote with on-site as an option at the employee's discretion

SCOPE OF WORK

• Facilitate order management through the efficient processing of order intake and input into internal systems
• Manage supply inventory, replenish shipping station supplies and alert management of items that need to be ordered to support fulfillment activities
• Work with account management to understand and communicate status to customers
• Discusses consequences of changes in products and process for the team and the company
• Effectively communicate product details and fulfillment parameters to customers as it pertains to orders in process
• Facilitate the closing of fulfillment orders and prepare items for shipping
• Assist the Product Teams with special requests (i.e. expedited orders)
• May assist with forecasting activities
• Work as a key contact for fulfillment inquiries

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of experience as a fulfillment specialist in an E-Commerce environment (Amazon, UPS, FEDEX experience is a plus!)
• The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working PC knowledge, G Suite and related applications preferred
• An affinity for learning online software systems
