About the Role
As the Moving Crew Coordinator, you'll be the quarterback of our daily operations—making sure the right people are on the right jobs, setting expectations, and supporting your team to deliver excellence. You’ll juggle logistics, mentor movers, and solve problems on the fly. It's a dynamic, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives on both structure and service.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule daily crews so every move is properly staffed and ready on time.
Set the tone for professionalism and performance among movers.
Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of improvement.
Ensure 80%+ crew and truck utilization across six working days.
Partner with operations to coordinate efficient logistics.
Oversee customer satisfaction by maintaining All-Star’s high service standards.

What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
Physical stamina (must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly when needed)
Reliability and punctuality—show up on-time and ready to get the job done
Clear communication and good customer service skills
Previous moving experience or related experience in a leadership role
