Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading furniture and boxes
• Follow instructions from team leads or drivers on-site
• Help protect items using basic equipment (dollies, straps, blankets)
• Safely carry items through homes, stairs, and tight spaces
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide good customer service
• Support basic furniture assembly/disassembly when needed

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift and carry 75–100+ lbs with a team
• Willingness to perform physical labor for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)
• Basic work gear (e.g., gloves)
• Strong work ethic and punctuality

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in moving, delivery, construction, or warehouse work
• Customer service experience
• Availability on weekends or for short-notice jobs

$18–$30/hr depending on experience
